This is a really valuable, fascinating video of Robert Dilts on Modelling from a few years ago. It's a close up shot of Robert talking informally with our Masters Group about Modelling in a lunch break on their course. It is a pretty complete account of the goals and the stages of modelling.
In this unique video Robert Dilts talks to the Masters Group in this Question and Answer session about what he see's as being key to what Modelling is. Robert is one of the most prolific modellers in NLP, and has spent his career modelling Leadership and Excellence in a variety of fields. He also famously modelled Walt Disney, Einstein, Freud, Aristotle, Sherlock Holmes, Tesla and Leondardo Da Vinci in his Strategies of Genius book series. He has seen his work and his models become mainstream accepted theory in areas as diverse as health and wellbeing, business and leadership, coaching and therapy, to education and learning.
He was one of Bandler and Grinders first group of Students, which has given him a unique perspective on what he views on modelling to be, further more being able to base his thoughts on the results of his years of experience and development.
